Every project is different, but this is the general process we follow to keep things moving forward, from first email to final delivery.
1. Project Brief
We start by gathering a clear outline of what you need. This might be a short questionnaire, a casual meeting, or an email chat—whatever works best for you. We’ll cover your goals, your audience, and where you want to take things.
2. Research & Development
Once we’ve locked in the brief, we start exploring ideas. This might involve sketching, collecting references, testing type, or building out early layouts. It’s all about finding the right direction before we get too polished too soon.
3. Presentation
You’ll be presented with a selection of initial concepts or layouts, depending on the project. These are shared with simple explanations on how they respond to the brief—nothing overcomplicated, just a clear breakdown of the thinking.
4. Feedback & Refinement
You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes. Up to three rounds of minor revisions are included in most project fees—enough
to refine and get things just right.
5. Final Sign-Off
You’ll receive all your final design files, neatly packaged and labelled for use across print and digital. Formats are provided to suit everything from social media and web to signage and stationery.
6. File Delivery
Once you're happy with the design, we lock it in. If you’re still unsure at this stage, we’ll chat through options. Additional concepts can be discussed if needed (for a small extra fee, depending on scope).
