Level the Field

Publication Design

Outcome

Project

Level the Field aimed to explore how design can communicate strategies for increasing inclusion in community sport, with a particular focus on participation, leadership, and visibility for women and girls. The challenge was to translate complex research and policy into a clear, accessible, format tailored to grassroots sporting clubs.

Through a balance of visual hierarchy, infographics, and structured layout, the guide communicates key actions in a way that is both approachable and functional. It encourages reflection on culture, policy, and representation while remaining easy to use for volunteers, coaches, and club leaders. The final design demonstrates how accessibility and clarity in communication can support broader cultural change.
